Hello, and thank for your interest in a visit with, The "Big Guy", LIVE ZOOM!

SCHEDULING:

Santa is available for Zoom meetings between the dates of November 24th and December 22nd, 2023, M-F 6P-7P:

• Please email 3 alternate M-F dates to northpoletoyouvideos@gmail.com with the header, “Big Guy” LIVE!

              and we will do our best to schedule you for one of them.

• Once we have received your request you will hear from us within 24 hours with a confirmed date and time.
• Once a date is set and confirmed via email, please visit this website again and "Checkout" to pay for and secure your slot. Once payment is received you will get another final confirmation via email with a link to an Info Form to fill out. 

PAYMENT:

Payment must be made within 48 hours of email booking confirmation via website checkout. 

• Please note that, due to high demand, we cannot hold The "Big Guy" LIVE! slots for more than 48 hours. If payment is not received by then, your timeslot will be released.

REFUNDS:

• Refunds for cancelled visits are cheerfully available up until 48 hours before your timeslot. 
• Within a 48-hour window, however, no refunds are available UNLESS your slot is taken by another family on the WAIT LIST. 

WAIT LIST:

Should none of your requested times be available, you will be offered the opportunity to go on a WAIT LIST for available times. This is not a guarantee, but people do cancel, and you would be placed on a first come, first serve replacement list.

BEFORE THE “BIG GUY” VISIT:

• Please fill out the online Santa Info Form at least 1 week before your timeslot. Please take the time to be thorough. The more info that Santa has, the richer the experience will be for your child. 
• You will be sent a link to the Santa Info Form along with your timeslot confirmation. Then, 24 hours before your visit, you will be emailed a Zoom invite.
• If possible, please scan and email your child’s letter to Santa to: northpoletoyouvideos@gmail.com along with any “translation” necessary for Santa to read it.
• If there is more than one child in attendance, please note that on the forms and, if possible, email a photo with names.
• Make sure you and your family are ready and well lit. No one enjoys a squinting Santa trying to see you in the dark.
