Frequently Asked Questions

Simple!  

1. Fill out the online Info Form for your Santa's 2023 Video Menu choice Buttons are on all menu items.
2. Pay for your purchase.

 Once you have filled out the appropriate Info Form for your purchase:

1. Click on the "Checkout" button beneath the Menu Section OR at the top of the page.
2. You'll be taken to a secure checkout page.  All you need to do is follow the online instructions.
3. For Big Guy LIVE (Zoom visits) and Santa In-Person  a separate set of instructions payment will be sent along with finalized details via email.

NOTE:  Make sure you fill out the form before paying, so we can track it.

Once payment is received you will get a confirmation email of your purchase with delivery date.

The earlier the better.  That way you are sure to get your video in plenty of time to share it before Christmas:

• Videos will be produced from 11/24-12/22 in order of completed info form and payment received. . .the schedule will fill up quickly.  
• For "A Visit with the Big Guy LIVE"  There is limited availability so it is wise to book early to secure the day you'd prefer for your live Zoom.

Order early and receive your video/secure your spot early and rest easy that there's one less thing to cross off your list!

FOR PRODUCED VIDEOS:

Produced, customized videos cannot be returned. We will, however redo any video that has incorrect information on it. Simply reply to the email in which you received your video with detail on the incorrect info and we will happily redo it. 

FOR VISITS WITH THE "BIG GUY", LIVE: 

Refunds for cancelled visits are cheerfully available up until 48 hours before your time slot.
