Santa In-Person DETAILS

Hello, and thank you for your interest in an IN-PERSON VISIT WITH SANTA.   

DETAILS BELOW!

RATE:    $250/Hour (or part thereof)

MINIMUM BOOKING:  One (1) hour.

SCHEDULING:

• Please email northpoletoyouvideos@gmail.com with the header, “SANTA IN-PERSON”.
• In the body of the email, include your event’s:
  1. Location
  2. Date
  3. Time
  4. Requested length of Santa’s visit.
  5. Please acknowledge having read willingness to comply with the Covid restrictions detailed below.

• Once we receive your qualified request we will respond within 48 hours.

PAYMENT:

• Payment in full must be received at time of booking via either Venmo or PayPal.  No other forms of payment can be accepted at this time.  
• You will receive payment instructions with a booking confirmation email along with a link to an online EVENT INFO FORM. 

REFUNDS:

• Refunds for cancelled visits are cheerfully available up until 72 hours before your confirmed booking. 

BEFORE SANTA’S IN-PERSON VISIT:

• Please fill out the online EVENT INFO FORM at least 1 week before your booking (you will be sent a link to this with your confirmation).  
• Please take the time to be thorough.  The more info that Santa has, the richer the experience will be.
• Think through what kind of interaction you’d like.  Examples:

1. Santa greets party goers as they arrive.
2. Santa greets partygoers on a table-to-table basis.
3. Santa gives out gifts/announces yearly performance awards, etc.
4. Santa has a “nook” where people visit him.
5. Your own idea or need

NOTE:  Santa, as the embodiment of the magic of Christmas does not endorse products.

COVID POLICY:

• Your event must be in compliance with all state and local Covid mandates, including masks and social distancing as appropriate.
• Santa only appears at events with a vaccine requirement for attendees.
• Should a lockdown be in effect, your pre-pay will be refunded.
